Step 1: Research

Step 2: Client and market analysis
Working collaboratively with the clients' human resources department, once we have the outline of a brief our team of consultants will undertake a deep analysis of the market sector in order to outline the competitive environment and find competitors and any aligned businesses employing potential leaders with the expertise and skill set that matches the clients’ requirements.
Step 3: Candidate specification
From the above analysis we compile an executive job specification document which will contain detailed information on the organisation, the role and responsibilities and the attributes and experience required of potential candidates.
Step 4: Search strategy
With a detailed market analysis and clear understanding of the candidate profile we will draw up a comprehensive list of key organisations that a client may wish to target, as well as document all avenues that will be exploited in order to find the most suitable executive applicants.
From here our search team will discretely and confidentially approach suitable individuals to make them aware of the opportunity.
Step 5: Shortlisting candidates
Those individuals who have expressed an interest in the position will be interviewed and assessed by our search partners to ensure that they meet the requirements and cultural fit of the recruiting organisation.
Once compiled the shortlist is presented to the client for review and client side interviews.
Support can be provided by our executive recruiters throughout the interview and selection stage.
Step 6: Offer and negotiation
Once a suitable match has been found our search consultants will (if required) act as mediator during the contract offer and negotiation stages.
Once the search has been successfully completed we will maintain close contact with both the senior executive and the recruiting organisation in order to assist with the on boarding and integration.
