Once we have clarity on the business needs we create a bespoke plan based on identifying and engaging executive level candidates that match the clients’ brief.
Identification & Assessment
We identify and engage with potential candidates using a variety of techniques including direct approach via our own network of candidates, LinkedIn, networking, recommendations and referrals and targeted job advertising. All candidates are rigorously screened, interviewed and assessed for competency. We can also undertake any additional candidate testing as required by the client.
Shortlisting
Once we have a shortlist of potential candidates we provide you with a detailed assessment report including informal references on each candidate which can be reviewed internally to determine which ones to invite to client side interviews.
