Scoping the campaign

Once we fully understand your requirements the next stage is to write a detailed, engaging and search engine optimised advert. Our job posting experts will ensure that your vacancy gets the widest exposure within Google Jobs and other appropriate search engines and job boards.

Job board advertising

Your job will then be advertised across multiple UK job advertising sites, relevant industry and sector specific sites, free jobs boards and aggregators in order to achieve the maximum advertising reach amongst potential candidates.

Social media promotion

In addition to job boards and aggregator sites your vacancy will also be promoted across all key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

CV database searches

Through access to leading job board CV databases we are able to search for, approach and engage with passive candidates. If we feel that they match your criteria we will contact the candidate direct, present the opportunity to them, assess their suitability and provide you with a detailed overview and assessment of each candidate.

LinkedIn search & approach

With over 24 million UK users alone, LinkedIn can be an extremely valuable online recruitment channel for sourcing passive candidates. In addition to promoting your vacancy on LinkedIn we also search the platform against your screening criteria, inviting the strongest candidates to apply for your role.

Candidate management

For the duration of the campaign we’ll manage all candidate calls and enquiries via our in-house resourcing team, who will be able to discuss the vacancy with each potential candidate.

Using the screening criteria we’ll also take care of the initial communication around rejecting or progressing applicants.

Screening & shortlisting

Once we have compiled a longlist of matching applicants we then undertake rigorous checks to validate their work history, experience and key attributes providing you with a shortlist of the very best matching candidates.

Interview scheduling

Working closely with the client we liaise with the applicants invited for interview with respect to dates, times and location and make sure that they are comprehensively briefed on the role and the interview process. Post interview we debrief the candidates, provide client feedback and assist in any ongoing communication between both parties.
